OFFICE UPDATES CPR/FIRST AID CLASSES January 10, 2012 @ 6pm to 9pm January 31, 2012 @ 9am to Noon
Please remember to contact the office for registration for these classes, NorthWest Ambulance District no longer allows walk-ins, if you have been registered for a class already please be sure to make your appointed time. If for any reason you are not able to make the class call NAD at 466-4900 ~Thank you for your cooperation~
All other closing dates for the Skills for Life Madison Day Habilitation Center will follow the same schedule as Deepwood Center in Lake County. If Deepwood is closed for a snow day, Skills For Life Madison will also be closed. Staffing will be needed for consumers on those days.
